About this independent tool

CSV Text Workbook is an independent original interface for one job: creating a complete bounded XLSX workbook with literal text cells from an original UTF-8 CSV. It is not affiliated with Microsoft and does not reproduce Microsoft logos or user document samples.

The served converter/UI/worker use standard browser APIs and original local code; no third-party converter runtime or externally hosted library is included. Microsoft documentation is linked for the data-format and import context, not redistributed.

All cells are text by design. This is not type inference, data repair, native Excel certification, a schema-mapping manifest, or a promise of search ranking/traffic. The supported result and limitations are described in the method.
